This is a very straightforward product and it helped me do exactly what it's meant to do. It came with 90% charge and after jumping the car it had 84% left. I agree with most people that the cables are quite short, especially because my battery is in a very awkward position, but if you attach the cables first and then plug it in it works much better. Physically it feels a bit on the cheaper side of plastic, but it's also on the cheaper side of price. The storage box is a nice and tough feeling while keeping everything together. Other than that I guess we'll just have to see how it holds up over time, but hope that I never have to use it in an emergency!

All I can say is that worked and started a battery which was frozen so in that case I'm giving it a full rating.
